ILCs provide services designed to foster greater autonomy for people with disabilities

Josh Whitmire, a peer advocate with Disability Rights and Resources, an independent living center (ILC) in Birmingham, joins Alabama Care anchor Sarah Williams to talk about the importance of ILCs to people with disabilities and their families.
